Brain Gym

If one day you start to see that you are forgetting things, like for example that you already forget what you eat yesterday; or you start to see that it’s hard for you to learn something that’s probably because you haven’t done brain gym in a while ago, but do you know what brain gym is?

Brain Gym is a set of coordinated and combined activities and exercises that allow the connection of the body with the brain by the two hemispheres, it allows through movements and breathing, to connect with emotions,also it help us to stimulate and develop brain capacities.

Why is it important? 

It is super important for us, as teens and students because it help us to improve our memory capacities, mental health, creativity, accelerate learning, concentration, improve motor and academic skills, improve visual, auditory, kinesthetic and tactile average capacity, improve coordination, stimulate reading comprehension and relax the muscles of the body. 

It’s awesome how much brain gym help us, isn’t it? 

We should make the brain gym as something common that we should practice in our daily life,  just for the simple reason that it’s something that helps our wellness and health as you could see.
