Exercise is an activity that maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness.It can be performed for various reasons for example : improve strength, developing muscles and the cardiovascular system, , weight loss or  improving health and also for enjoyment. Many individuals choose to exercise outdoors where they can exercise in gyms.

Exercise is important for maintaining physical fitness and can contribute to maintaining a healthy weight, regulating the digestive system, building and maintaining healthy bone density, muscle strength, and joint mobility, promoting physiological well-being, reducing surgical risks, and strengthening the immune system.

Some excessive exercise occurs when a person exceeds their body’s ability to recover from exercise.
